THE CHALLENGE: The Frostwear by Monami Frost, known for its dark streetwear aesthetic, needed a fresh and playful approach for their limited edition Halloween collection. The challenge was to create a collection that stayed true to the brand while incorporating a "spooky and cute" aesthetic that would appeal to their audience. The designs also needed to work seamlessly with tie-dye fabrics, pushing the brand’s usual boundaries while maintaining coherence with their identity.
THE SOLUTION: I developed bold, fun graphics for The Frostwear's Halloween collection, blending a spooky yet cute aesthetic that contrasted with their usual darker tone. The illustrated designs and typography were tailored to fit tie-dye fabrics, creating a unique and playful collection of tees, hoodies, and stickers. This creative direction maintained the brand's edge while introducing a fresh, festive vibe for the limited drop.
