Can you redo an existing logo/brand?
Absolutely! I can revamp your brand or work with complementing existing assets depending on what you've got and what you need done. I prefer to work from the ground up in creating a cohesive and effective brand for your business, but I’m happy to discuss options with you.
Does the website package include copywriting?
Nope, that’s not my area of expertise. You can either handle the copy yourself or we’ll bring in a pro. I’ve got killer copywriters I can recommend—just ask!
Yep! Projects are split into 2-3 payments. The first is a non-refundable deposit, and the rest is spread out during the process. We can discuss options during our call.
Do I need to be involved in the process?
Your input is key, but I don’t expect you to be available at all times. I’ll manage everything through a client portal that's custom to you where you’ll find updates and can leave notes when it works for you.
How soon can you start, and how long will it take?
I’m usually booked at least a couple of weeks in advance, so get in touch ASAP. Timelines depend on the scope, but you can find a rough guide next to each service package. Just a heads up—we don’t do rushed work. No “brand in a day” gimmicks. Quality takes time, and you deserve the best.
