Once we hit it off, you’ll get a welcome packet with your contract, invoice, and all the good stuff. I’ll set you up with your own Notion portal where everything - files, updates, info - will live for the whole project.

We dive deep into your brand’s soul—its values, personality, and what makes it different. I’ll develop a clear strategy and creative direction that nails your unique voice. A clear vision takes out the guesswork at the design phase so we both know what direction we are headed.

Here’s where the magic happens. I’ll design your brand identity - logo, colors, the works -and present it for feedback. We’ll tweak and refine until every piece is a perfect fit for your bold vision.

LAUNCH TIME
Once your brand is polished to perfection, it’s launch time. You’ll get all the assets - logos, color codes, typography, graphics and brand guidelines to keep things tight. I’m still around post-launch to make sure you’re set and ready to crush it.

Absolutely! I can revamp your brand or work with complementing existing assets depending on what you've got and what you need done. I prefer to work from the ground up in creating a cohesive and effective brand for your business, but I’m happy to discuss options with you.
Nope, that’s not our area of expertise. You can either handle the copy yourself or we’ll bring in a pro. I’ve got killer copywriters I can recommend—just ask!
Yes! Projects are split into 2-3 payments. The first is a non-refundable deposit, and the rest is spread out during the process. We can discuss options during our call.
Your input is key, but I don’t expect you to be available at all times. I’ll manage everything through a custom Notion client portal where you’ll find updates and can leave notes when it works for you.
I’m usually booked at least a couple of weeks in advance, so get in touch ASAP. Timelines depend on the scope, but you can find a rough guide next to each service package. Just a heads up—we don’t do rushed work. No “brand in a day” gimmicks. Quality takes time, and you deserve the best.
