THE CHALLENGE: Based near the misty hills and whispering woods of Western Massachusetts, Catsquatch Boutique offers a curated collection of sustainably sourced cryptid taxidermy, occult books, ghost & cryptid hunting kits, unique plants, crafts, and magical potions. However, the business faced challenges with a disjointed brand identity, making it difficult to convey its unique blend of offerings. The lack of a clear message on sustainability and adventure, coupled with an inconsistent aesthetic, left the brand struggling to stand out in a niche market. This led to potential confusion among customers, who may not have fully understood the magical and adventurous experience the shop aims to provide.

THE SOLUTION: The shop a little portal into all things cryptid, spooky and mysterious, where every item has a story and it invites you to join in on the adventure. To carry this message, we developed a visual identity and branding startegy that aligned with the overall theme of the brand and rolled out a selection of illustrated icons, patterns and graphics to reinforce the brands message of embracing the magical, the adventurous as well as the sustainable lifestyle. The creative direction is an enchanting blend of mystical elements, earthy tones, and whimsical details.
